Kofi is an investment and risk management professional with over nine years of experience in financial analysis, portfolio management, and enterprise risk management. He has previously worked as an analyst in corporate advisory at uniSecurities Ghana Ltd. Kofi holds an MSc Finance from University of Ulm, Germany and a BSc Actuarial Science from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology. He is also a Certified Expert in Risk Management from Frankfurt School of Finance and Management.

Adelaide has experience in office administration, performance management, and customer service. She worked as a Customer Success Officer and Executive Assistant to the CEO at Clear Space.

Victoria has experience in Executive Administration, Business Analysis and Finance. Prior to joining RDF Ghana LBG, she worked with the Jospong Group of Companies as an Executive Assistant to the COO of the Technical and Logistics Group, a cluster of the Jospong Group and a Business Analyst with Amaris Terminal, a subsidiary of Jospong Group. She holds an MSc. in Development Finance from the University of Ghana Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics with Mathematics from the University of Ghana.

Gilbert is a seasoned investment professional with nearly a decade of experience in investment banking, independent advisory, and development finance, with a proven track record in structuring and managing transactions and investments across sectors, including agribusiness and renewable energy. He currently serves as Senior Investment Officer at RDF Ghana LBG, where he drives the organisation’s investment mandate by originating and managing debt financing and credit guarantee transactions to partner financial institutions and MSMEs. His role spans the full transaction lifecycle, from promoting RDF’s products and services and conducting credit and investment appraisals to monitoring client financial performance and preparing portfolio and market analysis reports. He also manages post-approval processes to ensure all disbursement conditions are met and contributes to enterprise risk management and treasury strategies. Prior to RDF, Gilbert was an Investment Banking Senior Analyst at Bridgewater Advisors, specialising in financial modelling, valuation, and deal documentation for corporate transactions. Earlier in his career, he advised on mergers and acquisitions and supported business owners and project sponsors in raising capital and structuring financing solutions. He holds a Master of Business Administration from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Studies from Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology.

Rosemond currently serves as an Investment Officer at RDF Ghana, where her responsibilities include evaluating investment opportunities, conducting financial and market analysis, coordinating due diligence, and assisting in portfolio monitoring. Prior to joining RDF Ghana, Rosemond worked with Mirepa Investment Advisors, where she contributed to due diligence, market research, and portfolio monitoring activities. She also completed an internship with Ecobank PLC, gaining practical experience in financial operations and client support. Rosemond holds a Bachelor’s degree in Banking and Finance from the University of Ghana and is a certified Financial Modeling & Valuation Analyst (FMVA®) from the Corporate Finance Institute. Outside of work, she enjoys enjoys fitness activities, live music, and attending concerts

Effie holds a BSc (Hons) in Actuarial Science from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She has experience in Customer Service and Office Administration from internships with Millennium Insurance Company Limited and Republic Bank Ghana Ltd.

Edward has over ten years working experience in Finance & Accounting and has acquired adequate skills and knowledge in Accounting & Finance, Computer Networking, Software Installation and Configuration, Negotiation and Interpersonal Skills.

Golda is an operations and administrative professional with a strong background in administrative coordination, logistics, and process optimization. She is known for being proactive, creative, and agile, consistently delivering innovative solutions to enhance efficiency and streamline workflows. Her career spans roles in international organizations, banking, and corporate administration including positions at the International Organization for Migration (IOM), OmniBSIC Bank, and Fraga Oil Ghana Ltd. Golda is proficient in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and project management tools, enabling her to optimize reporting and improve team collaboration. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Public Administration from GIMPA and is a graduate of the ASPIRE Cohort 4 Leadership Program. Her leadership experience includes community engagement and project coordination, reflecting her commitment to excellence and impact.

Kweku is a seasoned driver with over 25 years of experience. He is a well travelled professional whose work in the transport industry has taken him across the length and breadth of Ghana to support various organisations accomplish their business objectives.
