Fostering decent work: recounting our achievements with rural women in Ghana

Through a collaboration with Faranaya Agribusiness Centre Ltd., under the Presbyterian Agricultural Services (PAS), RDF has enabled women farmers at Tinguri to maximise the opportunities available to them by training them to diversify their sources of income.

This May Day, we are pleased to recount the impact of one of our technical assistance programmes dubbed The Shea Butter Value Addition Programme.
Here is a pathway to more decent work for our women and promoting equity and inclusion.
