John, with over a decade of experience, is a seasoned professional in program and project management, grants contracting, and financial oversight within the nonprofit sector. His career has centered around donor-funded initiatives across Ghana, specifically emphasizing rural development and private sector capacity enhancement.

Prior to joining RDF Ghana, John served as a Grants Evaluation Specialist with the Ghana Enterprises Agency (GEA) under the World Bank funded Ghana Economic Transformation Project (GETP) from June 2021 to January 2024. His prior work experience also includes Grants Specialist at the BUSAC Fund, Accra, Assistant Project Manager on the DANIDA/Apex Bank Rural Finance Programme at the ARB Apex Bank Limited, Accra; and Project Assistant at the Private Enterprise Foundation, Accra.
