Dr. Joseph Osei Asantey is a Risk Professional and a Business Development Specialist.  He has acquired immense exposure and knowledge both locally and internationally within the banking environment. He has a combined experience of not less than 20 years in overall Risk Management and Credit Management.

Dr. Asantey is a Chartered Accountant and a full member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants –Ghana. He also holds a PhD in Business Administration (Finance Major) and is a full member of the Institute of Directors- Ghana (IOD).

Richard Kwame Siaw is a Finance Professional with a background leveraging MBA (Finance & Banking) credentials and hands-on experience in private equity, business valuation, corporate finance, project finance and structured investment vehicles (SIV) valuation. Richard has more than 15 years of experience in SME funding and private equity.  He is currently an Investment Director at Oasis Capital Ghana Limited. 

Andrew is a food and agricultural finance specialist, passionate about inclusive agriculture and access to finance. He previously spent 13 years with Fidelity and Barclays (Absa) Banks in Ghana where he gained experience in corporate & SME banking covering finance lease, relationship management, business development, credit risk, and agricultural lending. In his role as Head of Financial Sector, he leads Aceli Africa’s engagement with commercial banks to increase their lending to agricultural SMEs and supervises capacity building for both SMEs and lenders.
